Mushroom cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, up to 1% fat
  • Mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp sauce thickener, light

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

WW suitable

Dice or slice the onion and mushrooms. Sauté both in a pan with oil. Add the vegetable stock and simmer briefly. Stir in the cream cheese. Season with a little mustard, salt, and pepper. Thicken slightly with the sauce thickener.
