Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pinch(s) of salt
- 3 eggs, separated
- 250 g flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 250 ml milk
- 125 ml mineral water

Basic recipe – quick and easy
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Add the egg yolks and beat until frothy. Sift together the flour and baking powder, then add alternately with the milk and mix. Then stir in the mineral water. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Bake in a waffle iron. Tip: Sprinkle baked waffles with powdered sugar, garnish with a few fresh raspberries, and drizzle with maple syrup.
