Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g margarine / butter, melted
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 bag(s) vanilla sugar, bourbon / other
- 1 bag of baking powder (cream of tartar)
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 100 g buckwheat, ground
- 50 g amaranth, ground
- 50 g soybeans, ground
- 100 g brown rice, ground
- 375 ml mineral water, carbonated
- possibly fat, for the waffle iron
- Powdered sugar, for dusting the waffles
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
gluten-free / egg-free / dairy-free
Mix all ingredients together, turn on the waffle iron, and grease if necessary. Pour in the batter and bake for about 6-7 minutes, until steaming stops. Don’t stack them on top of each other, as they’ll get soft. Good luck.
