Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter, soft
- 50 g sugar
- 200 g Nutella or hazelnut spread
- 1 egg(s)
- 300 g wheat flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
with Nutella or hazelnut cream, makes about 20 pieces
Cream the softened butter with the sugar and hazelnut spread until fluffy. Add the egg and continue beating. Knead the flour with the vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Then cut the dough into slices, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake for about 10-15 minutes at 170-180°C (baking time varies depending on the thickness of the cookies and the desired consistency).
