Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s) (800g)
- 1 onion(s)
- 150 g yogurt, whole milk
- 1 tbsp vinegar, tarragon
- 1 tsp mustard (medium hot)
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground black
- Sugar
- 6 tbsp Dill, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Peel the cucumber and slice or grate it thinly. For the sauce, peel and finely dice the onion, and mix with yogurt, tarragon vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir in the dill. Mix the sauce with the cucumber slices, let it sit for a short while, and season to taste. It goes well with fish dishes.
