Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g flour
  • 500 g quark
  • 130 ml oil
  • 190 ml milk
  • 40 g sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 pts. baking powder
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), young or medium-aged
  • 1 onion(s), large
  • 150 g diced ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fast, easy and unbeatable

Dice the onion and sauté in a little oil. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Combine the flour, baking powder, quark, oil, sugar, salt, and milk in a bowl and knead. Knead the diced onion, cheese, and ham into the dough. Once everything is combined, dust with flour again until the dough is no longer sticky. Shape the dough into approximately 20-25 rolls and bake for 20-25 minutes.
