Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 900 g flour (wheat flour)
- 100 g spelt, crushed
- 40 g yeast
- 750 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 200 g bacon, diced
- 200 g cheese, sliced
- basil

Great party snack!
Make a yeast dough from wheat flour, spelt flour, yeast, salt, and water. Let it rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease and flour a baking sheet. Dice two medium-sized onions and sauté until translucent. Add 200g of diced bacon and fry briefly. Stir the onions, bacon, 200g of shaved cheese, and basil into the risen yeast dough. Take a snowball-sized amount of dough and stretch it out to about 20 centimeters. Brush the dough with water. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius until golden brown. Best served lukewarm with butter. Tip: This makes a popular party snack!
