- 2 goose eggs
- e.g. butter
- n. B. Herbs of Provence
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease small casserole dishes with butter. Carefully crack a goose egg into each dish and sprinkle with the herbs. Pour boiling water into a deep roasting tray. Place the dishes in the water. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Do not allow to over-set. Toast goes well with the dish.
