Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

easy and fast

Rinse the fish under running water and pat dry. Season with lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Sauté in a little water for about 15 minutes until tender. Remove from the stock and set aside. Clean and wash the mushrooms, then slice them thinly. Peel and dice the onions. Dice the dried meat and fry. Add the onions and mushrooms and sauté. Now add the tomato paste, pepper, salt, and a little water. Cook everything for about 5 minutes. Place the cooked fillets in an ovenproof dish and pour over the mushroom, onion, and bacon sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C or under the grill until the cheese is golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Serve with rice and potatoes. I like to eat it with a chicory salad beforehand. For dessert, ice cream or fruit salad.
