Tuna meatballs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 2 onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tbsp curd
  • 4 cloves garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Shred the tuna and drain thoroughly. Finely chop the onions and mince the garlic. Mix all ingredients into a dough, form approximately 10-12 meatballs, and fry in a little oil in a non-stick pan. Serve well with rice and salad. Tip: You can refine the meatballs with tarragon or dill, for example.
