Pork fillet topped with tomatoes and mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g pork fillet(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
  • basil
  • Oil, for frying
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the pork tenderloin and dry with kitchen towels. Slice it and fry it in a hot pan with oil. Season with salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. Halve the tomatoes and mozzarella and slice it. Place the fried tenderloin slices in a shallow baking dish and top with the tomatoes. Sprinkle generously with the torn basil and place the mozzarella slices on top of the tomatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Garnish with basil leaves for decoration. This is very quick and can be served with fresh baguette.
