Fish fillet with dill cream sauce, baked

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish fillets (cod, sea bass, redfish)
  • lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 300 g sour cream, sour cream or creme fraiche
  • 4 tbsp cheese (Emmental), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drizzle the fish fillet with lemon juice, let it stand for 10 minutes, and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion and garlic clove, and mix with dill, flour, sour cream, and cheese to make a sauce. Season well. Place the fish fillets in a buttered casserole dish and brush with the sauce. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, then uncovered for another 20-25 minutes at 200°C.
