delicious low-carb fitness pancakes

Simply pour eggs, baking powder, egg white powder, and almonds into a bowl and mix with milk to form a runny batter. Sweeten with sweetener. Then pour some of the batter into the pan and cook until golden brown. Then carefully flip (careful: the pancakes will fall apart easily) and finish cooking. Then remove from the pan and do the same with the remaining batter. To prevent the pancakes from being so dry, you can also mix the low-fat quark with a little syrup or jam and spread it on the pancakes.
