Chinese cabbage stew with potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of Chinese cabbage
  • 125 g ham schnitzel
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 5 sausages (Wiener)
  • ½ liter broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Potatoes)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the cabbage and cut into strips. Peel the onion and chop into pieces. Brown the ham schnitzel, then add the onion and fry. Chop the Vienna sausages into small pieces and fry them. Pour in the broth, add the Chinese cabbage, and cook until the thickest piece is al dente. Season to taste with pepper and salt, if desired. Serve with boiled potatoes.
