The perfect würz – vegetable paste recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Würz – vegetable paste

  • 2 Fresh root parsley
  • 0,25 Leek
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 piece Celeriac (remainder)
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Pair Wild garlic (leftovers from our own garden)
  • 1 branch Lovage (from own garden)
  • Parsley to taste (unfortunately no longer had)
  • 10 g Coarse salt (remainder)
  1. Add coarse salt and mix everything together well. Stir until the salt has completely dissolved. Take clean screw-top jars, pour in and close with a lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to one (1) year.
