Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of white bread or baguette
  • 4 sardines in oil
  • 40 g butter
  • 80 g smoked salmon
  • 80 g liver(s) (cod liver)
  • 4 tsp, leveled caviar, red
  • 4 tsp, leveled caviar, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Sandwich with various fish

Slice the baguette diagonally or slice a white bread loaf. Brush with warm butter. Drain the sardines in oil. Arrange the seafood ingredients decoratively on the bread slices and serve.
