Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of white bread or baguette
- 4 sardines in oil
- 40 g butter
- 80 g smoked salmon
- 80 g liver(s) (cod liver)
- 4 tsp, leveled caviar, red
- 4 tsp, leveled caviar, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Sandwich with various fish
Slice the baguette diagonally or slice a white bread loaf. Brush with warm butter. Drain the sardines in oil. Arrange the seafood ingredients decoratively on the bread slices and serve.
