Salad dressing with cottage cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 1 tbsp, heaped yogurt
  • 1 heaped tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp, strained mustard, medium hot
  • ½ tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 1 tbsp herb mix, frozen, 8-herb mix

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine cottage cheese, yogurt, and Miracle Whip in a bowl. Stir in apple cider vinegar and oil, then the mustard and honey. Season the dressing with salt and pepper and stir in the herbs. It’s especially delicious in a cucumber and pepper salad.
