Lupin and pear chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml soy milk (soy drink), oat or rice drink
  • 1 tbsp raw cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate 70%, grated
  • 1 pear(s), ripe
  • 1 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp sweet lupin powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Heat the plant milk to lukewarm. Add the cane sugar and grated dark chocolate and stir until dissolved. Peel, core, and cut the pear into small pieces. Place it in a blender, add the orange juice and half of the plant milk, and blend thoroughly. Add the lupin powder and the remaining plant milk and blend thoroughly again. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
