Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g strawberries (frozen)
  • 100 ml milk, low-fat
  • n. B. Sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

light and delicious

Combine frozen strawberries and milk in a mixing bowl and blend with an immersion blender. Season with a few drops of liquid sweetener to taste. Eat immediately or freeze briefly. Tip: This also works great with other fruits.
