Baked chicken breast fillets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s) (frozen or fresh), 4 pieces
  • 400 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 100 g diced ham
  • 200 g processed cheese (herbs or mushrooms)
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

easy preparation

Brown the chicken breast fillets in oil on both sides. Place in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper. Finely dice the onion and garlic, then add to the previously used pan along with the diced ham. Brown everything. Brush the mushrooms, cut them into quarters or slices, add them to the pan, and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the cheese and crème fraîche, let them warm through, season with paprika, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Serve with tagliatelle or rice.
