- 125 g raisins
- ½ tsp anise
- 3 tbsp honey
- ⅛ liter water or juice (cherry or plum juice)

Boil halved, pitted plums, raisins, crushed anise, and honey in 1/8 liter of water. Immediately pour into prepared jars and seal. Per jar contains approximately 365 calories / 1528 joules.
