Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil or walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tsp, leveled mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dressing for fresh salads

Finely dice the onion and garlic and, along with the salt, press them together with a tablespoon to release some of the juices. Add the oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and mustard and whisk vigorously until emulsified. Season with maple syrup to give the overall taste a slightly sweet flavor. The mustard shouldn’t overpower the flavor. Let it sit for a while. Delicious with various fresh salads.
