Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 5 egg whites
- 2 egg yolks
- 75 g herb cream cheese, 1.2% fat
- 50 g almonds, chopped
- 2 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 100 ml low-fat milk
- Rapeseed oil, coconut oil or olive oil
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl, season with salt and pepper if desired. Fry the mixture in a pan to make thin pancakes. Tip: I fill the pancakes with turkey sausage, asparagus, or cheese. The sky’s the limit.
