Low-calorie cream for cakes, pies and desserts

Bring the ingredients together to a boil and, once cooled, whip them up the next day. To save even more calories, you can also replace the milk with low-fat milk and the sugar with sweetener. It’s a great substitute for whipped cream or as a base for various cakes.
