Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can San Marzano tomato(s), approx. 400 g

  • 5 g sea salt
  • 5 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

simple, perfect and without any frills

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Let the sauce sit in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. This amount can cover up to 6 pizzas, depending on how much you use. Tip: You can also make it a day in advance. I personally find it even better that way.
