Pancakes with oat milk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g wheat flour type 405
  • 225 ml oat milk (oat drink) without sugar
  • 2 tbsp carbonated mineral water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 pinches of turmeric powder
  • n. B. Sunflower oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine the milk and flour in a bowl and whisk. Stir in the mineral water and egg, one at a time. Add the salt, sugar, and turmeric and mix everything together. Heat the oil in a pan. Ladle the batter into the pan in batches and cook until smooth. A 20cm pancake pan made 6 pancakes.
