Strawberry yogurt ice cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g yogurt
  • ½ lemon(s), juice and grated peel
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for the ice cream maker without eggs

Wash and hull the strawberries, then puree them with the sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and mix with the vanilla sugar and yogurt. Fold the cream mixture into the strawberries and let it chill in the freezer for a while. Then pour it into the ice cream maker until it reaches a creamy consistency. Serve immediately in chilled bowls. This amount makes enough for two servings in my ice cream maker.
