Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries, cleaned
  • 70 g sugar, with vanilla sugar if desired
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • ½ lemon(s) (juice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Ice cream maker recipe

Chill all ingredients thoroughly. Puree the strawberries. Stir in the remaining ingredients and place it in the ice cream maker. Enjoy fresh after about 30 minutes! You can, of course, also store the ice cream in the freezer afterwards, but it will be quite hard.
