Wholemeal rolls from the Thermomix

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g spelt
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 22 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Grind the grains for 1.5 minutes at speed 10. Knead all ingredients for 2 minutes. Form the dough into 6-7 rolls and dust with flour. Bake the rolls in a cold oven at 225 degrees Celsius for 22 minutes.
