Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g bell pepper(s), red
- 500 g red pointed peppers
- 3 m.-sized onion(s)
- 4 cloves garlic, more or less to taste
- 150 ml white balsamic vinegar
- 100 ml apple juice
- 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
- 1 Piri Piri
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g sugar, brown or white
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp rosemary, fresh, chopped

with cheese, simply delicious
Grill the peppers, peel them, and cut them into small cubes. This also works wonderfully in a food mill, as the skins are left over. Finely dice the onion, garlic, and piri-piri pepper and sauté them in oil. Add the diced peppers, brown sugar, salt, apple juice, and balsamic vinegar, and cook until soft. Then purée a little more with an immersion blender. Now add the gelling sugar and rosemary and boil gently for 4 minutes. Transfer to sterile jars.
