Mushroom and leek pan with turkey

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g turkey meat
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 125 ml dry white wine
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, reduced fat
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the turkey into thin strips. Trim and finely chop the leeks and mushrooms. Brown the meat in a nonstick pan, season, and then remove from the pan. Brown the vegetables and add the turkey to the vegetables. Deglaze with wine and vegetable stock and season to taste. Finally, stir in the cream cheese. Serve with rice or pasta.
