Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g mozzarella
  • 3 egg yolks
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, pressed
  • Oil, optional

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

delicious, quick and easy

Place the grated mozzarella in a microwave-safe dish with salt, pepper, and garlic and melt in the microwave on the highest setting for about two minutes. Then mix the mixture with the egg yolks and place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Form the cooled mixture into small balls with wet hands and cook in boiling salted water for three minutes. Then, if desired, fry briefly in a hot pan with a little oil until crispy. Serve the gnocchi with egg, spinach, or any kind of shredded meat, if desired.
