Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100 g oat flakes
- 200 g spinach
- n. B. garlic
- salt and pepper
- salt water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let rest for five minutes. Then form four dumplings and let them simmer in salted water for about 20-30 minutes.
