Light zucchini vegetables

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 50 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • possibly salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

quick, easy and delicious

Wash the zucchini and cut it into small strips. Heat the vegetable stock in a pan and then add the zucchini. Let it simmer until the zucchini strips are soft or the water has evaporated. Then stir in the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
