Ingredients for 7 servings:
- 300 g raspberries, frozen
- 850 ml peach(s) (can), cut into small pieces
- 2 packs of sauce (vanilla), no cooking
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 500 g quark, low-fat
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp brown cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes
Using a hand mixer, mix 250 ml of peach juice with 2 packets of vanilla sauce for about 1 minute. Add the raspberries and peaches and transfer to a large glass bowl. Whip the heavy cream with vanilla sugar and cream stabilizer until stiff peaks form. Mix the low-fat quark, a little sugar if desired, and natural yogurt, and fold in the whipped cream. Pour the quark mixture over the fruit, then sprinkle with brown sugar. Let the yogurt fruit dessert sit in the refrigerator overnight. It’s easy to make ahead.
