Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g minced beef
- 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 1 m.-large pointed pepper, red
- 170 g soy sprouts, fresh
- ½ small jar of mild Ajvar
- ½ cup sour cream
- Salt
- some chili flakes or pepper
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or other cooking oil

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
Very tasty and quick to make
Peel and thinly grate the carrot. Wash, deseed, and slice the bell pepper. Wash the mung bean sprouts thoroughly and drain. Pour the oil into a pan, fry the minced meat and carrots, then add the bell peppers and continue frying until the meat is cooked. Season with salt and chili or pepper. Add the ajvar and sour cream and mix thoroughly. Season to taste and stir in the sprouts at the end. This recipe makes a larger serving.
