Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
For the small kitchen
Bring 500 ml of water and the vegetable stock to a boil in a deep pan and add the noodles. Boil the noodles uncovered until they are tender and have almost completely absorbed the water (add more water if necessary). In the meantime, dice the onions. Since you are not draining the pasta, the remaining liquid will seem a bit greasy due to the starch, but that’s okay. Add a little oil to the pan and mix the onions with the noodles. Now fry the noodles and onions over high heat, stirring constantly, until lightly browned. Thanks to the vegetable stock and onions, seasoning is not necessary, but you can add more spices to your taste. A quick recipe that only requires one pan. Therefore, a dish for small kitchens that is also suitable.
