Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 slices of cooked ham
- 1 tbsp, heaped herb butter
- 1 pack of frozen Italian-style vegetable mix (approx. 480 g)
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
- 1 pack of cream cheese (e.g. Brunch Paprika-Pepper, approx. 200 g)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the cooked ham. Melt the herb butter in a pan and briefly sauté the cooked ham cubes. Add the frozen vegetables and sauté for a few minutes. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and simmer gently for about 10 minutes, or until the vegetables have the desired bite. Stir in the brunch paprika and pepperoni and let it melt. Let the vegetable pan simmer for a short time. You can also prepare the dish with fresh vegetables: green beans, red bell pepper, carrots, red onion, zucchini, garlic, and broccoli. Then clean, chop, and weigh the broccoli. Add them to the ham cubes and sauté for about 10 minutes. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and simmer gently until the vegetables have the desired bite. Herbs such as basil, oregano, thyme, and parsley can also be added. Stir in the brunch paprika and pepperoni until melted. Let the vegetable pan simmer briefly. Serve on plates with, for example, macaroni.
