Delicious Cabanossi Vegetable Pan Low Carb

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 Cabanossi
  • 2 pointed peppers
  • ½ zucchini
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pack of lean ham cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 70 g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • n. B. Pepper, mixed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

hearty and filling

Cut the Cabanossi into approximately 1 cm wide slices, the bell peppers and zucchini into bite-sized pieces, the onion into half rings, and the garlic into small dice. Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the ham cubes and then the Cabanossi and fry over high heat for about 5 minutes. Add the onion rings and garlic and fry briefly. Then add the vegetables to the pan and sauté everything over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes. Stir occasionally! Finally, season the contents of the pan with paprika and instant broth and mix well. Add the two eggs to the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes. Season with pepper, if desired. Remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle in the cheddar cheese, and mix everything well again.
