If you know Holland, you also know them – quick and easy to prepare

Place the peanut butter in a small saucepan and heat until it becomes liquid. Add the milk to the liquid peanut butter. It’s normal for the sauce to have a very thick consistency and curdle for a short time. Stir with a small whisk until it begins to simmer gently and the milk and peanut butter combine to form a smooth sauce. Now whisk in the honey, soy sauce, and sambal oelek. Season to taste with ground chili, if desired. The sauce tastes great with fried chicken and rice, or, as is popular in the Netherlands, with French fries.
