Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicory
- 2 orange(s) , (blood oranges)
- 2 bananas
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 small chili pepper(s), red
- 1 cup of natural yogurt, low-fat
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp tomato ketchup, as desired
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp, str. curry, ((Madras curry)
- Salt

fruity – spicy, suitable as a side dish and also as a standalone salad
Slice the chicory and bananas and place them in a bowl. Cut the orange into segments over the bowl to catch the dripping juice, and add the segments to the bowl as well. Add the lemon juice and mix everything gently. Mix together a dressing from yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup (to taste), salt, about 1 tablespoon of honey, and curry powder. Drizzle over the salad. Deseed a chili pepper, slice it into rings, and sprinkle it on top.
