Chocolate nut muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter or margarine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g nuts, e.g. T. ground, e.g. T. chopped
  • 50 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • some chocolate for the icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix butter or margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and milk. Briefly stir in the flour mixed with baking powder and fold in the nuts and chocolate. Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake at 200°C for approximately 20-30 minutes. Decorate with melted chocolate. This recipe makes 12 muffins.
