Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 beetroot, uncooked
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Fruit vinegar
- oil
- possibly horseradish
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with raw beetroot, crunchy!
Peel the beetroot and cut it into very small cubes (it’s best to do this with rubber gloves). Core the apple (I don’t peel it) and dice it very finely. Mix everything together. Season with salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil, then stir in a little sour cream. You can also add a little horseradish.
