Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 carrots
- 4 apples
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 handful of raisins
- 1 tbsp rum
- 100 g walnuts
- 1 tsp oil (any type, but tasteless is better)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Vitamin bomb
Wash and drain the raisins, then soak them in the rum. Chop the walnuts. Peel and grate the carrots and apples (by hand or in a food processor). Fold all the remaining ingredients into the apple and carrot mixture and enjoy.
