Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large persimmon
- 2 orange(s), juicy
- 1 pot of natural yogurt (150 g)
- 1 tsp, heaped honey, liquid
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of turmeric
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the persimmons and cut into pieces. Halve and juice the oranges. Blend the orange juice, pulp, persimmon cubes, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and turmeric in a blender until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve.
