Salmon fillet with leaf spinach

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 salmon fillets, 250 g each, ready to cook
  • 500 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • pepper
  • Sea salt, fine
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped or squeezed
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Season the spinach leaves and mix in the garlic and onion thoroughly. Pat the salmon fillets dry and check for any bones. Then place the fillets in a lightly greased ovenproof dish. Spread the spinach mixture around the fillets and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Do not brown the salmon to prevent the fish and vegetables from overcooking. Serve with boiled potatoes, fried potatoes, or bread.
