Sea bream with lemon thyme

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 fish(s) (royal sea bream)
  • 10 sprigs lemon thyme
  • 4 tsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Scale and clean the gutted sea bream, pat dry, season inside and out with salt and pepper, and then place 3/5 of the lemon thyme sprigs inside the belly. Place on aluminum foil. Place another sprig and 1 teaspoon of butter on the top and bottom of each sea bream. Wrap each sea bream individually in aluminum foil and cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 160-180°C. Potatoes are recommended. Tip: Butter can also be substituted for a good cooking oil.
