Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 3 slices garlic
  • 2 slice(s) onion(s)
  • ½ slice(s) lemon(s)
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 mushrooms

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Steamed salmon in baking paper. Super quick and totally simple.

Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Place it on a sheet of parchment paper. Arrange the garlic, onion, lemon, and rosemary sprig on top. Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice or slice the mushrooms, and arrange everything around the fish. Drizzle with olive oil. Seal the parchment paper and twist the ends shut like candy. Steam in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. A wonderful aroma will waft from the package when unwrapped. Serve with a baguette.
