Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g salmon fillet(s) with skin
- 5 mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- e.g. chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the salmon fillet and pat dry with kitchen paper. Place the fillet skin-side down and season the other side with ground salt, chili, or pepper. Slice the mushrooms and place them in a baking dish. Place the salmon fillet skin-side up on top of the mushrooms. Sprinkle the skin generously with ground salt. Place the baking dish in the oven at 200°C (convection oven) for approximately 20-25 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the salmon fillet is cooked through. Serve with a spinach casserole or a green salad.
